Here are the current days times for age grade level practices (12-18)

Days and times will sometimes be interrupted by events scheduled by UNBC.

October to the end of April

Tuesday and Thursday 6-7:30pm

UNBC Northern Sports Centre Field 1

(Thursdays s are community touch night open to 12+!)

Saturday mornings 10am-12pm

ROOKIE RUGBY starts May 1st 2026

10am-11am ages 5-8 years old

11am-12pm 9-12 years old
